You could say travel is in our DNA.
It is how we met, and what we do together as individuals, couples, and as a family. Taking all kinds of trips between us from high octane adventures to relaxing on a tropical beach, rounds of golf to tranquil spa retreats, fine dining to street food: we cover it all and a lot more in between.
It is this eclectic knowledge that we bring to you, our diverse expertise, understanding what's important to everyone and arranging trips that cater to each individual, blending it all together to suit even the most varied groups.
With 30 years of experience working in the travel industry, we have seen all 4 corners of the globe. With every trip, we welcome new discoveries and enjoy the sense of adventure each journey we create brings. Ask us our favourite destination and you may be surprised to hear detitanations like Palau, Fiji and Anguilla, or more familiar names like Thailand, Tenerife and Mauritius too. Ask where is best? And we may tell you quite honestly it depends on who you are traveling with! A romantic beachfront sunset isn't quite the same with young children (trust me)! Just as a family pool filled with fun and happy kids, isn't the same if they aren't yours, and you had hoped to top up the tan and sip cocktails in peace and quiet! The best destination is the one that matches what you are looking for at that time.
How can you request a destination, resort, hotel, or even a cruise if you’re unaware they exist? The simple answer is, you can’t! And how can we determine the perfect destination for you if we don’t ask the right questions? The simple answer is: we can’t!
At Your Luxury Holiday, we take the time to listen to you and understand what you’re looking for, whether as an individual, couple, family, or group.
Once we have gotten in touch with you, we take 10-15 minutes and have an informal friendly chat, asking you the questions that lead us on the path for your holiday. Our questions will be simple, questions that will allow you to move freely and supply information without thinking; those little gems that are going to make us go ‘Oh?’ so that you go ‘Ahhh!’
If you are local to us, we are happy to meet in person for a coffee and a chat. Or even a game of golf if you are that way inclined!
We understand not everyone is able to set aside time for a call at the start, and in those instances, we have a short questionnaire designed to replicate the call. We should add that it’s not as responsive as a call, however, it is the next best thing!
Once we have your information, we compile a short list of options for you to review, and then we refine your preference until it is just as you wish!
We revise this as much as you need, but we find most cases we have curated Your Luxury Holiday in 3 or fewer revisions.
